EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING MAY 20, 2026 A. Call to Order A special meeting of the Executive Committee was held in room A-200 at the Administration Center. Present Supervisor Lee Schlenvogt, Supervisor Patrick Foy, Supervisor Rick Nelson, Supervisor Rob Holyoke Absent Supervisor Tom Grabow Excused Supervisor Eric Stelter Staff Present: County Administrator Dzwinel, Human Resource Director McDonnel, and County Clerk Kretlow. B. Proper Notice Chairperson Schlenvogt called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM. The clerk noticed the meeting as required. C. Public Comments, Correspondence, Communications Supervisor Foy thanked Mr. Dzwinel for the follow-up email to the citizens who made public comments at the County Board meeting earlier this month regarding the Clay Bluff and Lions Den County Parks. Supervisor Schlenvogt and Foy will also mention during the County Board meeting following this meeting the Ozaukee Press article addressing the traffic concerns during the construction of the Vantage Data Center, a concern raised during public comment at the May 6th County Board meeting. D. Action Items 1. A Resolution Authorizing the County Administrator to Execute Contract, Statement Of Work, And Related Project Documents For Implementation With Iteria-Us Of The Oracle Fusion Cloud Erp System. Mr. Dzwinel informed the committee that administrative negotiations regarding final contract pricing are currently underway and will be presented to the Finance Committee for final approval after the Executive Committee and County Board approve this resolution. Discussion and questions were answered. Motion: Motion to approve the resolution to authorize the County Administrator upon the Finance Committee's final approval to execute the contract, state of work and related project documents related to the implementation of the ERP system for the County with Iteria-US for the Oracle Fusion Cloud software. This will move forward to the County Board for final approval. Resolution Budget Amendment — ERP Implementation Motion: Motion to approve the resolution of $2,400,0000 of the general fund undesiganted surplus to the capital fund for the implementation with Iteria-US of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP System.
