Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f). 4. Approve “Resolution Acknowledging Filing of Annual Report and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.” 5. Review a Cash Flow Analysis showing that Tax Incremental District No. 4 cannot repay project costs within its maximum life, in order to allow for ad ditional time to pay incurred project costs, and consider approval by resolution; Wisconsin State Statutes 66.1105(7)(am)1, 2, 3 (“Standard 3 Year- Extension”). 6.
