Closed Session You are hereby notified that the Oscar Grady Library Board will convene into closed session upon motion duly made and seconded as required under State Statutes19.85(1)(c). Pursuant to s ection 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction to exercise responsibility. Specifically, the Board will consider and discuss the hiring of a new Library Director. 5. Motion to reconvene into open session with possible action items from closed session. 6. Other Matters 7.
