***SPECIAL FINANCE MINUTES*** August 4, 2026 SAUKVILLE MUNICIPAL CENTER AND VIA ZOOM 639 E. GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:59 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, William Rudolph-present, Jesse Duckart-present, Pamela Duckart–present, Wendy Smith–present and Brandon Donen-absent. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Ray Hartmann, Dale Kropidlowski, Claude Lois- Kapur. The Finance Committee may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss a potential industrial development and business expansion opportunity within the Village, including related real estate, infrastructure, and economic development matters. The Finance Committee may reconvene into open session to take action on the matter discussed in closed session. Smith/Nowlen made a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis.
