** ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING ** June 2, 2026 SAUKVILLE MUNICIPAL CENTER 639 E GREEN BAY AVE SAUKVILLE, WISCONSIN The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Jim Nowlen. The Statement of Public Notice was given by Dawn Wagner. Members Present: Jim Nowlen, Brandon Donen and Chuck Prendergast. Others Present: Dawn Wagner and Brian Wustmann - Ansay Development – via zoom. Review a request for the construction of a Single-family Home at 820 Stanton Way requested by Brian Wustmann – Northern Gateway Homes, LLC. Review a request for the construction of a Single-family Home at 826 Stanton Way requested by Brian Wustmann – Northern Gateway Homes, LLC. Review a request for the construction of a Single-family Home at 828 Stanton Way requested by Brian Wustmann – Northern Gateway Homes, LLC. Review a request for the construction of a Side-by-Side Home at 745 & 749 Stanton Way requested by Brian Wustmann – Northern Gateway Homes, LLC. Wustmann provided an overview of the architectural design concepts (See Attached). Wagner noted that Pamula Hughes was unable to the attend the meeting. However, she provided the following comments: “I have reviewed the materials for the ARC meeting tonight and do not have any issues or concerns at this time. I like to look, color and material selections, alternating color of home designs and consistency bring again a fresh consistent feel.” Donen/Prendergast made a motion to collectively approve the construction of the Single- Family Homes at 820 Stanton Way, 826 Stanton Way, 828 Stanton Way, and the Side-by-Side Home at 745 & 749 Stanton Way requested by Brian Wustmann.
