Others Present: None Five (5) members of the Board of Review (BOR) were present. Village Assessor: Not present Village Attorney: Not present Designation of Chairperson Baumann/Witkowski made a motion to nominate Andy Hebein the Chairperson for the Board of Review. Motion carried. Designation of Vice-Chairperson Baumann/Janus made a motion to nominate Julie Friede (Clerk) the Vice -Chairperson for the Board of Review. Motion carried. Update from Village Assessor on Status of 2026 Assessment Roll Hebein reported per Accurate Appraisal – Kyle Kabe, the 2026 Assessment Roll would be available during Open Book scheduled for June 17, 2026. This meeting was held to meet the requirement of meeting within 45 days of the 4 th Tuesday in April. ADJOURNMENT Baumann/Janus moved to adjourn to July 23, 2026.
