GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Andy Hebein called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Andy Hebein-present, Jim Nowlen-present, Bill Rudolph- present, Pamela Duckart-present, Jesse Duckart-present, Wendy Smith-via zoom, and Brandon Donen-present. Donen/Rudolph made a motion to approve minutes of December 22, 2025. Motion Carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Hebein welcomed back the Village Board to the New Year. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Resolution #1440 Authorizing an Advisory Referendum on Amending the Village Code Regarding the Keeping of Domestic Chickens (Hens) in Single-Family Residential Districts P. Duckart/Nowlen made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1440 Authorizing an Advisory Referendum on Amending the Village Code Regarding the Keeping of Domestic Chickens (Hens) in Single-Family Residential Districts as amended. Motion Carried. TEA Grant Administration Agreement – Northern Gateway Partners LLC & Village of Saukville Rudolph/Nowlen made a motion to approve the TEA Grant Administration Agreement – Northern Gateway Partners LLC & Village of Saukville. Motion Carried. State/Municipal Agreement for a Transportation Economic Assistance Grant (TEA Grant) – Market Street Expansion (Project ID #4821-06-80) Nowlen/Donen made a motion to approve State/Municipal Agreement for a Transportation Economic Assistance Grant (TEA Grant) – Market Street Expansion (Project ID #4821-06-80).
