We propose to furnish and install the below equipment. Village Hall Door Access - $10,883.00 ➢ Provide and Install (2) cut-in strike locks (Internal Office Doors) ➢ Provide and install (3) surface mount strike locks (External doors) ➢ Provide and Install (1) Enterprise Access Door hub for network door control ➢ Provide and Install (5) Access card readers ➢ ***Assumes client IT responsible for open POE+ network ports at location*** ➢ Includes Cat 6 network cable, all lines tested / certified ➢ Includes programming & training ➢ Includes 10 keycards and 10 keyfobs Park Restrooms - $2,750.00 ➢ Reinstall existing door handles, remove power from keypads ➢ Provide and install (2) cut-in strike locks ➢ Provide and Install (2) network door controllers ➢ Provide and install (1) 60W POE+ switch for power (to be installed at point of Fire Dept network hookup) ➢ Run network line from Fire Department, to crawlspace above bathrooms, down to doors ➢ Test / certify lines ➢ Includes programming & training Total Estimate (without sales tax): $13,633.00 Estimate #1503: – Village of Fredonia Door Access Notes: ➢ If an IDF Installation is required due to network length / camera location a change order will be provided (not expected) ➢ Any additions (Materials / Network Equipment Needed) outside of this estimate will be added via change order. ➢ 50% down payment required to start the project. The remainder of the estimate, plus any change orders, are due upon completion. ➢ Sales Tax not Included. QUALIFICATIONS: ➢ Prices based on the above counts only & guaranteed for 15 days from date. ➢ Delays caused by situations beyond our control will result in renegotiation of the work schedule/pricing. ➢ Figures based on all areas being available and clear to install during the installation. ➢ All work is to be completed in a professional manner, according to the EIA/TIA standard practices. ➢ All work takes place during regular business hours. Any overtime hours not listed will have to be billed as a separate ticket for hours worked. ➢ All telephone system hardware is provided and installed by others. ➢ Any Demarc extensions would be additional. ➢ All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. ➢ COSC will warranty the installation for one full year, from the date of completion. Parts will be covered under manufacture warranty. Labor will be billed T&M unless others caused damage. Service work required because of damage to the installation will be charged on a T&M basis.
