This decorative masonry can be applied on any or all facades of the building with the discretion and approval of the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission has the discretion to approve other aesthetic installation (such as planting) in place of the 50% decorative masonry, or to leave off the masonry if the Planning Commission determines that it makes no sense aesthetically.” Refuse Storage – N/A Other Outdoor Storage – N/A Sidewalks, Driveways, Parking, and Loading – Minimum 24 feet of driveway width is met. Thank you, Christophe E. Jenkins Zoning Administrator 262-707-3959 From the Desk of: Christophe E. Jenkins Village Administrator RJ Fredonia LLC – Sign Application 5-18-2026 Commissioners, Laura Logan of RJ Fredonia LLC has submitted a request for two ground signs to serve her existing and proposed storage unit facilities within the southern industrial park, both facing Highway 57. Per our Ordinances, “Ground signs shall be of the monument style, shall not exceed 30 feet in height above the mean center-line street grade, shall not be less than 10 feet from any right-of-way or lot line, shall not exceed 100 square feet on one side nor 200 square feet on all sides for anyone premises”. The proposed signs are each 20 feet in height, with sign faces just under 100 square feet per side, meeting all applicable code requirements. The contractor and installer should coordinate with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WI DOT) to confirm whether any additional approvals are required due to the proximity to State Highway 57.
