Motion to approve the Agenda from December 12, 2025 by Judge Reddy, Second by Judge Drettwan. No objections, Agenda approved. Motion to approve the minutes of the September 12, 2025, Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee (CJCC) meeting by Judge Reddy, second by Judge Drettwan. No objections. Minutes approved. Public Comment – Dawn Fiodur with Quiet Crisis Flyer Unfinished Business • OWI Court Report – Judge Reddy reporting. 15 Current. 6 pending. Judge Johnson to take over OWI Court. • Family Treatment Court – Judge Reddy reporting. 18 Participants. 2 Graduates. Judge Scholtz to take over FTC. • Pre-trial Services- Juan Rivera reporting. In 2025 1063 assessments completed. 137 Ordered. 86 active and 54 testing. • DOC Data – Terra Lindberg reporting. Probation: 785 Extended Probation: 294 Parole: 37 • Housing Taskforce- Discussion on how to continue with taskforce, will have Carlo Nevicosi follow up. New Business • Discuss Budget for Veterans Treatment Court- Michele Jacobs reporting.
