David Winger: Explained why item #6 was removed. 4. Approval of the minutes from January 13, 2026. Discussion: None Voice vote: Motion by Sonya second by Kathy to approve. Approved, motion carried. 5. Arborist Report: Jon Foster Jon gave his report and updated the Board about ongoing projects and downed trees from recent local storms. 6. Discussion/Recommendation regarding proposed changes to Chapter 82 Article III: Forestry of the City of Lake Geneva Municipal Code. 7. Discussion/Recommendation regarding Arbor Day Festival Group discussed the honoring of Patrick Quinn on 4/24/2026 and logistics of the event. 9. Adjournment: Motion by Sonya, Second by Kathy.
