Motion to go into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session regarding: The purchase of portions of properties for the HWY 50 road construction project - 220 Center St., 601 W. Main St., 250-270 Country Club Dr., 255 Havenwood Dr., 204 W. Main St., 135 W. Main St., 98 E Main St., 192 E Main St., 300 E. Main St., 351 N. Edwards Blvd., 281 N. Edwards Blvd. and 208 N. Edwards Blvd. all in the City of Lake Geneva 6. Motion to return to open session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (2) and take action on any items discussed in closed session 7.
