Call to order 2. Roll call 3. Confirmation of appropriate Board of Review and Open Meetings notices 4. Approval of the minutes of the Board of Review meeting from June 24, 2025, meetings to adjourn from 05.12.2026. 5. Select a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson 6. Verify that at least one BOR member has met the mandatory training requirements 7. Verify that the Town has an ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law (sec.70.47(7)(af) 8. Filing and summary of Annual Assessment Report by Assessor’s Office 9. Review the Assessor’s level of assessment (Annual Assessment Report) 10. Receipt of the Assessment Roll by the Clerk from the Assessor 11. Receive the Assessment Roll and Sworn Affidavit of the Town Assessor 12. Review the Assessment Roll and Perform Statutory Duties: a. Examine the roll b. Correct description of calculation errors c. Add omitted property d. Eliminate double assessed property 13. Discussion/Possible Action – Certify all correction(s) of any error(s), under sate law (Wis. Stat.70.43). 14. Discussion/Possible Action – Verify with the Assessor that open-book changes are included in the assessment roll. 15. Allow taxpayers to examine the assessment data 16. During the first two hours, consideration of: a. Waivers of the required 48-hour notice of intent to file an objection when there is good cause. b. Requests for waiver of the BOR hearing allowing the property owner an appeal directly to circuit court. c. Requests to testify by telephone or submit sworn written statement. d. Subpoena requests. e. Act on any other legally allowed/required Board of Review matters. 17. Proceed to hear objections, if any, and if proper notice/waivers are given unless scheduled for another date. 18. Consider/act on scheduling additional BOR Date(s). 19. Adjournment Date: June 24, 2026 Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the American with Disabilities act that requires the meeting or the materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format must contact the Town of Delavan, 5621 Town Hall Road, Delavan Wisconsin at least twenty –four hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate the request.
