(f) Discussion/possible recommendation: Williams Bay follow up i RFP received from Williams Bay (g) Discussion/possible recommendation: Geneva Township follow up (h) Discussion/possible recommendation: Planned 2026 Referendum update i Final report due. Consultants are recommending gradual hiring of full time personnel instead of a referendum.
