Police & Water Safety Committee Minutes Meeting of Tuesday February 3, 2026 Town of Delavan 1. Meeting was called to order by Chair Charvat at 3:25pm 2. Roll call – all present but Mary Pat O’Conner who was excused 3. A quorum was present 4. Approval of the agenda was made by Chief Adams/Captain Bass 5. Approval of the minutes of the January 6, 2026, Chief Adams/Kevin 6. None 7. None 8. A & B) no update 9. A) Chief Adams updated the group regarding one of our CSO’s resigning effective February 1, 2026. Captain Bass updated the group regarding the PD awaiting arrival of the two, new squad cars. There are (2) of the oldest squads in the fleet that are currently using the old 4G routers, as the new 5G routers and antennas have not been installed by the Mechanic. B) none C) Hugh/Kevin moved to post for the CSO vacancy, and the upcoming Fulltime vacancy Chief Adams also updated the group that Officer Radloff’s official retirement date is June 27, 2026 10.
