Administrative Committee Minutes Monday November 3, 2025, 4pm Meeting was called to order at 4pm by Chair Thummel All members were present A quorum for doing business was declared A motion to approve the agenda was made by Lloyd and seconded by Joy A motion to approve the minutes of the Oct 6 meeting was made by Lloyd seconded by Leah Communications: Flat Iron Tap presented a temporary occupancy permit which is good for 30 days. Comments and suggestions- none New Business- STR- no recommendations to change our ordinances. Legal has given opinions that we will read through and possibly revisit at the next meeting. Request for re-inspections to be given- 5411 Bailey motion was made for no waiver on reinspection by Bill seconded by Michele. 4115 Channel Motion was made not to waive re-inspection fee by Leah seconded by Joy. Golf cart/ATV registration- tabled until we can speak with Police chief Adams. Employee Holiday GC-CC points will cover 31 employees getting a $50 Amazon GC $25 for PT employees. Old Business- Code Enforcement Report- Abatement action- Judge ruled in our favor. Not much action. A physical report on all properties was given to the committee by Allison. Town Strategic Report- none FOP Reserve liquor license- upcoming meeting with DOR on Dec 2 Amend ordinance to enable clerk and treasurer to approve STR renewals- we will do this at the next meeting Re-negotiate Municipal Code Enforcement contract for 2026 with hourly increase to match that of the increase given to our Admin dept. 2.5% Motion made by Leah seconded by Lloyd 2025 Tax bill insert update- none Employee handbook was still waiting for legal opinion.
