All written comments must be submitted by 8:00 A.M. on the date of the meeting. All comments will be read aloud during agenda item #3 when public comments are allowed. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call 3. Comments from public. (Limited to 2 minutes) 4. Accept Resignation of Commander Steve Cole 5. Closed Session Pursuant to Chapter 19.85 (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, Chapter 19.85(1)(g) Wis. Stats. “Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved and Chapter 19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats. “Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercised responsibility, specifically hiring new GLLEA police officers and hiring with advantage of returning officer and specifically appointing new GLLEA Commander.” 6. Adjourn Closed Session and Reconvene to Open Session immediately thereafter or at the next regularly scheduled GLLEA Board of Directors meeting without further notice and pursuant to any and all properly noticed agenda for the purpose of voting upon or taking action on the above said items or any other subject disclosed by the agenda for the GLLEA Board of Directors meeting. 7.
