MEETING MINUTES LINN SANITARY DISTRICT March 11, 2026 5:30 p.m. Linn Town Hall, Zenda Present: Ted Peters, Jim Livingston, Rob Eppley 1. Ted Peters called the March 11, 2026, Linn Sanitary District business meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. 2. No public comments. 3. Motion to approve the January 14, 2026 meeting minutes. J. Livingston/R. Eppley. CU. 4. Motion to approve the January 27, 2026 special meeting minutes. R. Eppley/J. Livingston. CU. 5. Motion to approve the January and February 2026 Treasurer’s Reports. R. Eppley/J. Livingston. CU. 6. Old Business a. There was no update from Walworth County concerning the 1/27/26 meeting. b. Code enforcement. The latest code enforcement list included external property issues but nothing septic or POWTS system related. c. The commissioners discussed district activities for 2026. The results of the meeting with the county may dictate some action items, depending upon how they perceive the previous inspection data on certain properties. The last survey on district residents pertaining to POWTS vs. a sewer system was discussed. Jim offered to look up the date and results of the last survey. 7. New Business a. Ted presented a copy of the next newsletter. It was decided to proceed with the mailing with only a few minor corrections. b. Bills were presented totaling $13,265.91.
