MEETING MINUTES LINN SANITARY DISTRICT December 3, 2025 5:30 p.m. Linn Town Hall, Zenda Present: Ted Peters, Jim Livingston, Rob Eppley 1. Ted Peters called the December 3, 2025, Linn Sanitary District business meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. No public comments. 3. Motion to approve the October 8, 2025 meeting minutes. T. Peters/R. Eppley. CU. 4. Motion to approve the October and November 2025 Treasurer’s Reports. R. Eppley/T. Peters. CU. 5. Old Business a. County correspondence re: meeting. The county responded to Ted’s request to have a meeting with six possible dates. The commissioners chose January 8, 2026, within a timeframe of 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. Ted will write back with the chosen date and time. All commissioners said they would attend so Ted will work on posting the meeting. b. Code enforcement. The latest code enforcement list included external property issues but nothing septic or POWTS system related. c. The county was notified of the two added parcels within the district boundaries and made a change to add the properties to the database so they will be included for tax billing. d. Pat Romenesko made some minor clerical changes to the 2024 audit engagement letter. Ted felt the changes were within the commission’s prior approval, so he signed and returned the letter. e. Jim presented the written evidence of the four parcels being charged for delinquent septic inspections. The charges will be on the tax bills to be mailed out this month. 6. New Business a. Bills were presented totaling $15,918.31. Motion to approve the bills as presented. T. Peters/R. Eppley. CU. 7. Future agenda items: 3, 4, 5.a, 5.b, 6.a. 8. Next meeting date.
