MINUTES

Members Present: Bob Chapman, Michael Cypert, Troy Justmann, Doug Lee, Jeff
Schoenwetter, Dan Wegener, and May Jane Fude
Members Absent:
Also, Present: Meagan Buchda
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.
The roll call was taken.
Cypert motioned and Lee seconded to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motioned by Cypert seconded by Lee to approve Resolution 23-2026 (Approve City Hall
Remodel). Motion carried 5-1. Yea-Cypert, Lee, Chapman, Justmann, Schoenwetter, Nay-
Wegener.
Wegener motioned and Cypert seconded to adjourn meeting at 6:16 pm. Motion carried.
