City of Juneau EMS Monthly Meeting 6:30 p.m. @ the Public Safety Building • The regular monthly meeting of the City of Juneau EMS held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday August 11, 2026, at the Public Safety Building. The matters discussed and the agenda are as follows. o Roll Call- taken and recorded o Approve The Agenda- motion by Brittany and seconded by Gina, no discussion, motion passed o Approve minutes from previous meeting.- motion by Brittany and seconded by Gina, no discussion motion passed o Approve Treasurer’s Report- motion by Brittany seconded by Gina, no discussion motion passed o Reports of Committees o Training- triage o Membership: Recruitment/Retention – possible new member o Fundraising committee: Jahnke offered monthly roundup if we come down to do BP checks/ bag groceries o Maintenance: Back door of 2351 waiting on parts o Run Review- reviewed o Communications: None o Old Business o Review schedule Summary Report - posted o Face Book project- waiting for now o Any updates on 2352- delayed delivery to May/June o EMS Pay- discussed o Rate increases 2027- discussed o 2026 Football Schedule - posted in day room o New Business o EMS Budget2027- discussed o 2026 Dodge County Fair – need help with first aid booth 1-4 pm on Saturday Set date, time, and place for next meeting.- September 8th @6:30pm o Adjourn Meeting- motion by Wendy Jo, seconded by Dan T, no discussion motion passed It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information.
