6:30 PM at City Hall
Members Present: Troy Justman, Cathy Firari, Josh Nichols, Ken Steffen, and Mayor Fude
Members Absent: Ross Canniff, Bruce Soldner
Also Present: City Atorney Devit
1. The mee�ng was called to order at 6:30 PM.
2. Roll call was taken.
3. Steffen/Firari to approve the agenda. Mo�on carried 5-0.
4. Nichols/Firari to approve the previous mee�ng minutes from May 18, 2026.
5. Review, Discuss, and Possible Approve Crea�ng an Ordinance for the Keeping of Chickens
within the City Limits.
Firari/Nichols mo�on to approve 6.04.135 as the Ordinance number, the ordinance will be
worded the same as the pilot program but with a few minor changes. Mo�on carried 5-0.
6. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Cer�fied Survey Map.
Justmann mo�oned and Firari seconded to approve the cer�fied survey map for parcel #
012-1015-0443-003. Mo�on carried 5-0.

8. New Business: None
9. Set date and �me for next mee�ng: Monday, August 31, 20206 at 6:30 PM.
10. Justmann/Nichols to adjourn mee�ng at 6:39 pm.
