The Mee�ng was called to order at 5:00 pm and roll call was taken. 2. R. Affeld / J. Schoenweter mo�oned to Approve the Agenda with the amendment to swap agenda item #6 with agenda item #7. Mo�on carried. 3. J. Schoenweter / D. Lee mo�oned to Approve the June 30, 2026, Minutes. Mo�on carried. 4. Public Comment. None. 5. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Electric Appren�ce Job Descrip�on. R. Affeld mo�oned and Jeff Schoenweter seconded to approve the Electric Appren�ce Job Descrip�on. Mo�on carried 4-0. 6. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Proposed Holiday/Weekend Standby Duty and Weekend Call-Out Policy. Discussion was had that this needs to be revised. Breakdown of pay, breakdown of summer hours, holidays, and winter hours, 9.3 hours? No ac�on was taken, more informa�on needed, will be placed on next month’s agenda. 7. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve Changes to the Personnel Policy Handbook Sec�on 201 Hours of Work #1. Dependent on the outcome of agenda item #6, move to next month’s agenda. No ac�on taken. 8. Review and Discuss Nego�a�ons for the 2027-2029 Union Contract between the City of Juneau and the Professional Police Associa�on Local #472. Discussed 5 years instead of 4 and 6 years instead of 7. Include stepchildren/step sibling and spouse’s grandparents. Sick pay, leave of absence, physician’s notes, workman’s comp all to be aligned with the City’s policy. 9. Future Agenda Items. Job descrip�ons for U�lity coming. Agenda items 6 & 7 for U�lity a�er addi�ons on pay made. 10.
