Recreation Committee Meeting Wednesday June 17, 2026 5:30pm at Juneau Community Center Chairman Agenda _____________________________________________________________________________ Members: Matoushek, Justman, Erstad, Smedema, White, Nehls-Rennhack, and Mayor Jane Fude Members Absent: Also Present: Kevin Klueger, Paul Shanks, Jenny Klueger 1. The meeting was called to order at 5:33pm and roll call was taken. 2. Smedema/White to approve the agenda. Motion carried. 3. Smedema/Nehls-Rennhack to approve minutes from previous meeting. 4. Summer Assistant Updates i. Assistant is enjoying the role so far! iv. Sponsorships & Donations i. Justmann Building & Trim is sponsoring Field 2 at the Wild Goose Park ii. Coordinator spending off-hour time to meet with Modern Woodman of America about a Do-Good Grant for park improvements v. WBEV/Daily Dodge Meeting Recap i. Potential Partnership Opportunities ii. Coming for a meeting in July, potentially attending Touch-A-Truck 8. Review, Discuss, and Possibly Approve selling the Disc Golf Hole & Discs i. Sell the hole and discs for $150 White/Nehls-Rennhack motioned to approve. Motion carried. 9. Review and Discuss Community Center Lease – Contributing Non-Profit, Civil Organizations i.
