MINUTES

Members Present: Bob Chapman, Michael Cypert, Doug Lee, Troy Justmann, Dan Wegener, Mayor
Fude, Robert Affeld, and Bart Coons
Members Absent: Jeff Schoenwetter
Also, Invited: Dave Beal, Meagan Buchda, Nick Gahlman, Joe Ludtke, Jacob Matoushek, Laurie
Runyan, Connie Schuett, Alex Smudde, and Dan Zank
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
2. Training Presentation by Brian Goodman (attorney with Boardman Clark) on open meetings, public
records, structure of the City government and role of committees , basic parliamentary rules, best
practices for meetings.
3. Justmann motioned and Lee seconded to approve Resolution 35 -2025 (Approve City Wage Scale)
AMENDED. Motion carried 7-0.
Adjourn Meeting: Chapman motioned, and Cypert seconded to adjourn meeting at 7:59 p.m. Motion
carried.
