Juneau Fire Department 128 E. Cross St Juneau, WI 53039 May 20, 2026 Deputy Chief Dave Beal called the executive meeting to order and roll call was taken. A motion was made by Jessy Schuster to approve the agenda, second by Erin Schuster. Jessy Schuster made a motion to suspend the reading of the meeting minutes, second by Erin Schuster, motion carried. Public Comment: none Communications: May 26th and May 27th hose test. June 14th Fly In Breakfast at the airport. June 19th Car seat checks at the public safety building. July 17th touch a truck at the city park from 13:00- 15:00 at the City Park. July 19th Burnett Waterbarrel and car show. Sog Rewrite & Review: nothing to report Old Business: Nothing to Report Preplan: nothing to report Personnel: need more members Fund Raising: nothing to report Fund Purchase: Nothing to report New Business: Truck checks need to be completed for all apparatus. SCBA’s also need to be filled out monthly. Training records discussed Jan 1 2026 - May 20 2026. Need to form a committee for Engine 2361 replacement. Intern Program pamphlet handed out report feed back to the chief. Jay presented some ideas for the RRS Awards. ESO: Fire Rescue One: Independent study, working on getting 2 trainings done every month, between in person and one online. Once course is complete it will be credited to your personnel file. Have to get all independent study done by 12/31. Training: Pump Operations.
