Minutes from the October 14, 2025 Board Meeting Chairman Kevin Hoyer called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM and asked everyone in
attendance
to
stand
for
the
pledge
of
allegiance.
Roll call was taken Chairman Kevin Hoyer, Supervisor Chase Aleckson, Supervisor Mark
Dummer
and
Clerk/Treasurer
Katie
Reding
were
all
present.
Reding read the minutes from the September 9th, 2025 board meeting. Dummer made a
motion
to
approve
the
minutes
as
read.
Aleckson
made
the
second
motion.
Motion
carried.
Hoyer read the agenda . Dummer made a motion to accept the agenda as presented. Aleckson
made
the
second.
Motion
carried.
Public Comment Barb and Boyce Puryear from Raymer addition stated they were requesting a culdesac installed
in
the
Raymer
addition.
Tracy Helgeson, Jackie Hanson, Kyle Helgeson and Melissa Haldeman were all present from
Raymer
addition
to
voice
their
concerns.
Richard Hundt is requesting a parking permit. Chairman Remarks Americon has been awarded the Phase 2 project and is planning on starting this Fal. December 2, 2025 is the closing date for the sale of the N5105 Leonard St property. Dan Wilson was present from the West Salem Emergency Medical Team to request
$10,852.50
for
2026.
No Action was taken. The 2026 Recycler is needing any updates we have. Reding will update Terry Tobin Design
with
the
updates
which
include
board
member
changes
and
phone
numbers
and
change
the
address
to
the
New
Town
Hall.
Road Report Hoyer mentioned he is working on the WISLR report. The road crew is still working on mowing and some shoulder work.
The County of LaCrosse have gone through all the plow trucks to make sure they have a clean
bill
of
health.
Recycle Center Working on a contingency plan. We will have 3 single stream compactors owned and
maintained
by
Hilltoppers
at
our
new
site.
Reding presented the financial report for September. Aleckson made the motion to approve the
financial
report.
Dummer
made
the
second
motion.

Monthly bills were presented and paid. Aleckson made a motion to pay the bills. Dummer made
the
second.

Aleckson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:10 PM. Dummer made the second. Motion
carried.
