Meeting Minutes

Meeting from the 2025 Annual Meeting Chairman Blaine Lee called the Annual meeting to order at 7pm on April 15th, 2025 Blaine Lee asked everyone in attendance to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance Katie Reding read the minutes from the 2024 Annual Meeting. Neil Hendrickson motioned to approve the minutes as read. Paul Currier made the second. Motion carried. Kevin Hoyer made a motion to move the 2026 Annual Meeting to Tuesday April 14, 2026. Paul Currier made the second. Motion carried. Katie Reding went over the financial report/ balances for 2024. Mark Dummer motioned to approve the financial Report. Chase Aleckson made the second. Motion carried. Blaine Lee talked about the Old Business The New Town Hall Phase 1 is complete. Elections have been taking place at the New Town Hall Plow Truck was purchased from The County of LaCrosse Contracts for the Town of Hamilton include Associated Appraisal Consultants Bud Raymer Building Inspector Hilltopper Refuse and Recycling, Inc Rural Mutual Insurance SRice Properties, LLC Quarry Lease New Business All contracts remain the same for 2025 and one addition is Triple L Cleaning ,LLC for the New Town Hall. Kevin Hoyer talked about the plan regarding equipment with the need of a new mower and tractor this year. Kevin Hoyer talked about the new recycle Center and grant updates along with the salt/sand shed to start on the second phase of the Town Hall project. Kevin Hoyer presented Blaine Lee and Paul Degenhardt with a plaque for their years of service to the Town. The resolution to dispose of the Old Town Hall at N5105 Leonard St. West Salem Parcel # 07-01224-00 passed unanimously with 8 Ayes and 0 Nays. Neil Hendrickson motioned to adjourn the Annual meeting at 7:28 pm. Mark Dummer made the second. Motion carried.
