Discussion regarding the possibility of holding a PFC awards ceremony for Police and Fire Department employees. 5. Review criteria for 3-year ineligibility to apply for entry level positions as Police Officer or Firefighter. 6. Discussion of future agenda items. CLOSED SESSION 7. Upon a motion duly made and carried, the Police and Fire Commission may convene in closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) considering the employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility including the following matters: a. To discuss and revise Firefighter and Police Officer interview questions. Page 2 of 2 b. To consider performance evaluation data of the Police Chief, a public employee over which the Commission has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. OPEN SESSION 8. Return to open session. 9.
