Upon a motion duly made and carried, the Police and Fire Commission may convene in closed session to conduct interviews of Firefighter candidates, which is permitted in closed session pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats. OPEN SESSION 3. Return to open session. 4. Establish Firefighter eligibility list. 5. Approve minutes of Police and Fire Commission meeting held January 15, 2026. 6. Police Department: a. Personnel update. b. Other operational updates relating to the Department. 7. Fire Department: a. Personnel update and promotions b. Other operational updates relating to the Department. 8. Upon a motion duly made and carried, the Police and Fire Commission may convene in closed session to review the sufficiency of a filed statement of charges regarding employees over which the Police and Fire Commission exercises responsibility, which is permitted in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(b) and (c). OPEN SESSION 10. Return to open session. 11. The next regularly-scheduled Police and Fire Commission meeting is May 21, 2026. 12. Adjournment.
