1. Call to Order: 3:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Bob Jenkins, Tina Jacobson, Aaron Wilhelm. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Police Chief Chad Dachel. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jacobson/Wilhelm) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)( c) For the Purpose of Employment, Promotion, Compensation or Performance Evaluation Data of any Public Employee over Whom the Village Board Exercises Responsibility. At the End of the Closed Session, the Committee Will Be Going into Open Session to Conduct Further Business. MOTION (Jacobson/Wilhelm) @ 3:35 p.m., and to invite into the closed session Police Chief Chad Dachel. PASSED, roll call vote: Jacobson-yes, Jenkins-yes, Wilhelm-yes. Chairman Jenkins announced that at the end of the closed session, the committee would be returning to open session to conduct further business. 6. Move to Return to Open Session:  MOTION (Wilhelm/Jacobson) at 4:17 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Jenkins-yes, Wilhelm-yes, Jacobson-yes. 7.
