1. Call to Order: 6:15 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: President Chester Goodman, Trustees Tina Jacobson, Bob Jenkins, Matt Mattoon, Wayne Steinke, Aaron Wilhelm. Members Absent: Karen Strasburg. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Jacobson) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Review Bids for Lift Station, Forcemain, Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Water, Street Improvements for Business Park East and Consider Award of Contract: Bids were opened on February 24, 2015 for the Lift Station, Forcemain, Sewer, Water & Street Project in the East Business park, with Heartland Contractors, Inc of Chippewa Falls, WI being the low bidder at $590,695.28  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) to award bid to Heartland Contractors, Inc at a cost of $590,695.28 contingent upon the following: legal review, approval of TEA Grant, satisfactory financing of local share, receipt of DNR Storm Water Management Permit, receipt of County Highway Permit, and confirmation of the proposed business's commitment to construction. PASSED, roll call vote: Jacobson-yes, Jenkins-yes, Mattoon- yes, Steinke-yes, Wilhelm-yes, Goodman-yes. 7. Review Bids for Pumphouse #1 and Consider Award of Contract: Bids were opened on February 24, 2015 for the Pumphouse #1 Project, with Springlake Contracting, Inc. of Elk Mound, WI being the low bidder for Proposal #1-General/Mechanical Construction at $157,000.00; B&B Electric, Inc. of Eau Claire, WI being the low bidder for Proposal #2- Electrical & Controls at $79,300.00; and Midwest Well Services, Inc (dba Municipal Well & Pump) of Waupun, WI being the low bidder for Proposal #3-Turbine Pumps at $21,130.00  MOTION (Mattoon/Wilhelm) to award bid to Springlake Contracting, Inc at a cost of $157,000.00, B&B Electric, Inc at a cost of $79,300.00 and Midwest Well Services, Inc (dba Municipal Well & Pump) at a cost of $21,130.00 contingent upon legal review and approval of DNR Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP).
