1. Call to Order: 8:00 a.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave, Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairperson Matt Mattoon, Trustees Wayne Steinke, Aaron Wilhelm. Members Absent: None. Also Present: Chad Berg of Eau Claire County Land Conservation. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Wilhelm) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Updates to Village's Section in Eau Claire County Outdoor Recreation Plan: Committee reviewed the plan. No changes needed. 6. Consider Nuisance Geese Population Affecting Village Parks:  MOTION (Steinke/Wilhelm) recommending Dave Ruid of US Dept of Agriculture present Goose Control plan to the Village Board. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Consider Needs at Village Parks, Tennis Court Lights, Playground Equipment, etc.: Committee discussed:  pond dredging and possibly obtaining a grant  allowing the 4-wheeler ATV trail access to Fall Creek  removing the pit bathrooms  details regarding the playground installation. 8.
