1. Call to Order: 5:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Marv Schmit, Lee Henrichs, Gwen Hoekstra, Dale Reetz. Members Absent: David McInnis. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places, newspapers were notified, and a letter was sent to property owners within a 300-foot radius of the property. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Reetz/ Henrichs) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Public Hearing re: Greenwood Packaging Variance: Chairman Schmit opened the public hearing at 5:02 p.m. He reported that Evan Steiner of Heartland Contractors said the building height would be 41 feet, exceeding the ordinance requirements by 6 feet. After reviewing § 268- 235.E.(7) which states that the building height for Industrial-zoned areas is 35 feet, Henrichs suggested that the Village Board consider amending the ordinance as it seemed as if each district had the same height limitations. The Board agreed that this did not reflect the building trends in industrial areas. Chairman Schmit closed the public hearing as there was no public comment. 6. Consider Variance:  MOTION (Reetz/Henrichs) to grant the variance to Greenwood Packaging that would allow for a building height of 41 feet. PASSED, roll call vote: Henrichs -yes, Hoekstra-yes, Reetz-yes, Schmit-yes. 7. Adjourn:  MOTION (Hoekstra/Henrichs) @ 5:07 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
