1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m. Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Aaron Wilhelm. Also Present: Village President Chester Goodman. Members Absent: Wayne Steinke. Also Present: Bobbie Kuehl. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Wilhelm/Goodman) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Summer Rec Program: Discussed the future of baseball with the Village Summer Rec program and the need for another ball field. Discussed Village Hall parking lot and siding.  MOTION (Mattoon/Wilhelm) to recommend to the Village Board that we invest in our current village-owned property, including upgrades to the Village Hall building fascia, Village Hall parking lot, and Keller Park parking lot. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Wilhelm/Mattoon) @ 7:30 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
