1. Call to Order: 6:35 p.m. Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: President Chester Goodman, Trustees Tina Jacobson, Matt Mattoon, Wayne Steinke, Karen Strasburg. Members Absent: Bob Jenkins and Aaron Wilhelm. Staff Present: Renee Roemhild. School District Board Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Trustees Tina Jacobson, Bob Jenkins, Matt Mattoon, Wayne Steinke, Karen Strasburg. School Board Members Present: Joe Sanfelippo, Kay Schumacher, Brock Wright, Eric Ryan. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Discussion with the District of Fall Creek School Board to Explore Possible Collaboration Ideas Between the School District and the Village: There was an open dialogue between the two Boards as to how they can work together to make Fall Creek better. The new signs promoting the School on the Village's street light poles in the downtown area are a prime example. There has been much positive reaction from the community regarding the signs. Also, the used playground equipment that was donated by the School District has been installed in Keller Park and is being enjoyed by area children. The Boards will continue throughout the year to think of opportunities to partner together. 7. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jacobson/Mattoon) @ 7:00 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
