1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Jeff Ballentine, Helen Hartmann, Curt Van Auken, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Bob Jenkins, Curt Strasburg. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: Josh Sisk of S & S Construction. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Zook/Hartmann) to adopt agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Discuss Sketch Plan for 628 S State Street: Josh Sisk explained that an individual approached him about developing the property at 628 S State Street. He presented for review a sketch plan for stick-built duplexes on 12 lots. After discussion by the members present, Chairman Goodman told Sisk that due to the history of this lot, the Plan Commission would not be making a decision at this meeting, it was for information-gathering purposes only. The sketch plan would be compared to Village ordinances and presented to the Public Works Director and Village Engineer for input. He informed Sisk that special assessments on the property had been deferred by the Village Board and these would be due when the property was developed or sold. The Village would contact Sisk with their findings, as well as detailed information on the special assessments, and schedule another meeting with him in 2-3 weeks. 7.
