1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Helen Hartmann, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Jeff Ballentine. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places, newspapers were notified and a notice was published regarding the public hearing. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Hartmann/Zook) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Act on Minutes:  MOTION (Hartmann/Zook) to accept the minutes of the 4/14/16 Plan Commission meeting as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Public Hearing Re: Amendments to Village Ordinances: A. Subdivision of Land § 267-32.B. Certified Survey Map Fee B. Zoning § 268-95.B.(2) Variance Fee C. Zoning § 268-96.B.(2) Conditional Use Permit Fee D. Zoning § 268-97.B.(2) Rezone Property Fee Chairman Goodman opened the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. He explained that the present fees for the above listed items do not cover the cost of the required newspaper publication and notification to property owners, and in the case of a certified survey map, the engineer's review incurred by the Village. The amendment would increase the fee from $75 to $150 for a variance, a conditional use, and a rezone, and increase the fee from $10 to $150 + 100% of the engineer's review costs for a certified survey map. Chairman Goodman closed the public hearing as there was no public comment. 8. Discussion on Amendments to Village Ordinances: Plan Commission suggested defining a set fee for the engineer's review if possible.  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) to recommend approving the amendments as presented. PASSED, without negative vote. 9. Adjourn:  MOTION (Hartmann/Zook) @ 6:45 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
