1. Call to Order: 6:02 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Bob Jenkins, Wayne Steinke. Also Present: Toby Biegel of Scout Troop 79. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Jenkins) to adopt agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Request to Allow Construction of Building in Keller Park for Boy Scouts: Toby Biegel explained that the troop would like to build and install a 24 foot x 24 foot building in Keller Park for storage of the cub scouts and boy scouts equipment. The building would have two garage doors and two side entry doors and a green metal gabled roof. Discussed placing it on a concrete slab and stubbed out for electricity. Siding material and color options were also considered. Because the structure would be located in the Village park it becomes Village property, and the scouts are asking for a lifetime lease.  MOTION (Jenkins/Steinke) recommending approval of request to place a 24 foot x 24 foot building as described above in Keller Park for storage of Cub Scouts/Boy Scouts Troop 79's equipment. The Village Board will determine siding material and color options of the building, and establish a lifetime lease agreement. PASSED, without negative vote. 6.
