1. Call to Order: 8:15 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: President Karen Strasburg, Treasurer Renee Roemhild, Secretary Bob Jenkins. Members Absent: None. Also Present: 4 citizens. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places, newspapers and property owners living outside the Village limits were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Goodman) to adopt the agenda as printed PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Act on Minutes  MOTION (Goodman/Steinke) to approve the 8/10/15 Annual Meeting minutes. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Treasurer's Report: Total revenues for the year ended 12/31/15 were $8,107.50 with total expenses of $527.64. Revenues so far this year are $8,082.97 with expense of $30.00. Current bank balance is $29,919.51.  MOTION (Steinke/Goodman) approving the treasurer's report as presented. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Election of Officers:  MOTION (Steinke/Goodman) to nominate the following officers. PASSED, without negative vote. Karen Strasburg - President Renee Roemhild - Treasurer Bob Jenkins - Secretary 8. Public Works Director's Report on Sediment Trap & Weed Harvesting: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz reported that 54,000 cubic yards of weeds have been harvested. Kaatz will measure the sediment. 9. Establish Budget for 2017/Set Levy:  MOTION (Goodman/Steinke) to set the 2016-2017 budgeted revenues at $8,100 and expenses at $7,300 and to set the property tax levy at $8,000. PASSED, without negative vote. 10. Adjourn  MOTION (Goodman/Steinke) @ 8:30 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
