1. Call to Order: 6:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Bob Jenkins. Members Absent: Wayne Steinke. Staff Present: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz. Also Present: Village Trustee Dane Zook, Fall Creek Lions member Fred Strasburg, Fall Creek Area Fire District Fire Chief Jamie Kaeding. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Capital Equipment/Repairs: Consider Bleachers at Keller Park: Discussed the need to replace the bleachers at Keller Park, and how to fund it. The Fall Creek Lions Club and Fall Creek Area Fire District will contribute $3,000 each. The Fall Creek Booster Club will meet this week to discuss the issue.  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) recommending the following to the Board: a) to remove existing bleachers, b) add improved surface from the third base fence side to the press box west to the sidewalk leading to the concession stand then south to the first base dugout; c) remove existing dugouts and replace with a new bench and add fencing to the poles; d) purchase up to two 5-row bleachers, e) dugout materials and improved surface; f) move existing aluminum Lions Club bleachers to behind home plate and install new items as needed; g) assign and prominently display donor placards. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jenkins/Mattoon) @ 7:30 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
