1. Call to Order: 6:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Matt Mattoon, Bob Jenkins, Wayne Steinke. Members Absent: None. Also Present: Village Trustee Dane Zook, Lions member Fred Strasburg, Fall Creek Area Fire District Fire Chief Jamie Kaeding, Richard Ziemann. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Jenkins) to adopt the agenda as printed PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Capital Equipment/Repairs: Consider Bleachers at Keller Park: Discussed types of bleachers and possible funding. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Steinke/Jenkins) @ 6:43 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
