1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Curt Strasburg, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Jeff Ballentine, Helen Hartmann, Curt Van Auken. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: Village Trustee Matt Mattoon. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Williamson/Strasburg) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Act on Minutes:  MOTION (Williamson/Zook) to approve the minutes of the 11/29/16 Plan Commission as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Consider Downtown District Façade Loan Application for Village Hall: The Village has filled out the application for a façade loan through the Downtown Façade Loan Program of the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission for $30,000, which requires approval by the Plan Commission. Additional funding for the project will come from the Village Capital Equipment/Repairs Fund and the Fall Creek Public Library.  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) recommending approval of the loan application.
