1. Call to Order: 6:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Dane Zook, Matt Mattoon. Member Absent: Karen Strasburg. Village Board Members Also Present: President Chester Goodman. Staff Present: Renee Roemhild. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Zook) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Discuss Policies, Procedures and Plans to Promote and Develop the Village: Items of interest to benefit the community and economic development were discussed.  MOTION (Mattoon/Zook) to bring the following items before the Board for 1) Request approval to complete:  Meet with School Superintendent to support additional projects in which the school and village could partner together  Promote real estate sales through promotional letter to local realtors  Create inter-departmental/inter-committee form for efficient management of information  Establish policy that correspondence items be referred to pertinent committee for reply to correspondent  Establish deadline for requesting placement of items on Village Board agendas to allow time for completion and research, and 2) Request approval to research and report:  Prepare semi-annual information flyer to be mailed to residents  Consider possibility of sale of services in the form of disposal of leachate from area landfill  Look into project cost and possible donations for Keller Park Bandstand  Consider establishment of Fall Creek and Keller Park Project Fund for fundraising for future items PASSED, without negative vote. 6.
