1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Jeff Ballentine, Helen Hartmann, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places & newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Hartmann/Ballentine) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Act on Minutes:  MOTION (Zook/Williamson) to approve the minutes of the 12/27/16 Plan Commission as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Consider Sign in Downtown Business District @ 122 E Lincoln Avenue (Village Hall & Library: Smart Sign & Graphic had the lowest bid for the signs and will install cast metal letters over the Village Hall entrance. Rich Golisch of Smart Sign & Graphic will determine whether 10" or 12" cast metal letters (or a combination) will look best and fit in the space. An Alumacore wall sign will be installed over the Library section of the building.  MOTION (Zook/Strasburg) recommending approval of the signs as presented. PASSED, without negative vote. 8.
