1. Call to Order: 2:00 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Wayne Steinke, Tina Jacobson. Members Absent: Karen Strasburg. Staff Present: Public Works Director Bryan Kaatz. Also Present: Christina Anderson - WI Land & Water, Brian Austin - WI DNR, David Johnson - WI DNR, Greg Lenard- EC County Land & Conservation, Jody Wilhelm - A&J Agronomy, Aaron Wilhelm, Brian Steinke. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: Notice of meeting and agenda was posted in three public places & newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Jacobson/Steinke) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Consider Rental Agreement with Brian Steinke for Re-Rental of Land Village is Renting from Doug Raether and Consider Crop Plan: Discussed nutrient management, water runs, filter strips, crop plans, etc. Committee agreed there was a lot of helpful information, and wanted all members of the Village Board to be made aware of it. Public Works Director Kaatz left the meeting at 3:00 p.m.  MOTION (Steinke/Jacobson) to recommend presenting the information to the Village Board for consideration. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Adjourn:  MOTION (Jacobson/Steinke) @ 3:40 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
