1. Call to Order: 6:39 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Chester Goodman, Trustees Tina Jacobson, Matt Mattoon, Wayne Steinke, Karen Strasburg, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Bob Jenkins. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. Also Present: Jason Brinkman. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Introduction of Representatives from New Business Owner Schuman Cheese/Imperia Foods: Jason Brinkman, plant manager of newly acquired Schuman Cheese/Imperia Foods introduced himself to the Village Board. Brinkman stated Schuman Cheese purchased the Greenwood Packaging facility on February 23rd. Schuman Cheese is a four-generation company that has been in business for 71 years and specializes in quality, artisan cheeses. Corporate headquarters are located in New Jersey. It is a multi-million dollar, worldwide company that includes several Midwest locations. There are four in Wisconsin alone: Montforte (west of Madison), Green Bay, Turtle Lake, and now Fall Creek! Some of the businesses they sell to are Cosco, Trader Joes, Walmart, Sam's Club, Red Lobster - to name a few. They handle retail, full-service, and deli products. Jason stated that since acquiring the Fall Creek facility about 6 weeks ago, they have nearly doubled the workforce (now up to 42 employees) and increased production by 30%. Continued growth is projected, with a second shift beginning today and implementation of a third shift expected within a month or so. Jason stated he is very impressed with the workforce here and is excited to be heading this expansion in Fall Creek. The Board expressed their good wishes and excitement as well. 7.
