1. Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Village President Chester Goodman, Trustees Tina Jacobson, Bob Jenkins, Matt Mattoon, Wayne Steinke, Karen Strasburg, Dane Zook. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Clerk-Treasurer Renee Roemhild. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in the three public places and newspapers were notified. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Steinke/Mattoon) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Move to Convene in Closed Session Per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or Negotiating the Purchasing of Public Properties, the Investing of Public Funds, or Conducting Other Specified Public Business, Whenever Competitive or Bargaining Reasons Require a Closed Session, Namely, Discuss Property Owner Proposal for Dealing with Nuisance Property and Related Expenses. At the End of the Closed Session, the Board Will be Going into Open Session to Conduct Further Business.:  MOTION (Jacobson/Steinke) @ 6:31 p.m. PASSED, roll call vote: Jacobson-yes, Jenkins-yes, Mattoon-yes, Steinke-yes, Strasburg-yes, Zook-yes, Goodman-yes. 7. Consider 1st Reading of Amendment to Ordinance §154-7 Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverages, Regulation of Licensed Premises:  MOTION (Mattoon/Steinke) to hold the first reading amending above ordinance. Amendment removes the additional restrictions on hours for sale of alcohol beverages. PASSED, without negative vote. 9. Consider Changing Location for Placement of Boy Scout Storage Facility as Approved at 6/13/16 Meeting:  MOTION (Jenkins/Steinke) to leave the placement in Keller Park per the motion made on 6/13/16. PASSED, with Zook voting no. 10. Adjourn  MOTION (Jenkins/Jacobson) @ 7:15 p.m. PASSED, without negative vote.
