1. Call to Order: 6:30 p.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Pledge to Flag 3. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Chester Goodman, Jeff Ballentine, Curt Strasburg, Curt Van Auken, Tom Williamson, Dane Zook. Members Absent: Helen Hartmann. Staff Present: Deputy Clerk Joan Drehmel. Also Present: Cynthia Thornes. 4. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in three public places, newspapers were notified as well as property owners within 300 feet of the property. 5. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Strasburg/Williamson) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 6. Act on Minutes:  MOTION (Williamson/Zook) to approve the 3/8/17 Plan Commission meeting minutes as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 7. Public Hearing re: Cynthia M Thornes & Stanley R Staszcuk Petition to Rezone 133 S Morgan Lane from Commercial Central Business District (C-1) to Limited Agricultural District (A-2): Chairman Goodman opened the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. There was no public comment, so he closed the public hearing. 8. Consider Petition to Rezone 133 S Morgan Lane: Cynthia Thornes & Stanley Staszcuk would like to rezone the property to allow them to plant trees and to raise pheasants. The Commission questioned the number of animals, the size of the enclosure for the birds, and other concerns that could affect the water ecosystem as this property borders the creek. Because Stanley Staszcuk (who was not available for the meeting) had that information. the Commission suggested tabling their decision. Thornes will bring the information to the Village Clerk's Office who will then schedule another meeting to consider this item. 9.
