1. Call to Order: 10:00 a.m., Village Hall Meeting Room, 122 E. Lincoln Ave., Fall Creek 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Chairman Bob Jenkins, Trustee Tina Jacobson, Trustee Matt Mattoon. Member Absent: None. Staff Present: Police Chief Chad Dachel. Also Present: Trustee Dane Zook.. 3. Certify Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Met: A notice of the meeting and an agenda was posted in three public places and newspapers were notified. 4. Adopt Agenda:  MOTION (Mattoon/Jacobson) to adopt the agenda as printed. PASSED, without negative vote. 5. Discuss Hiring Process and Consider Applicants for Police Officer: Committee discussed the idea that as long as the officer was employed with the police department, the Village might consider making a partial or whole student loan payment as part of the employee benefit package. 6.
